“Not happy, ordered a Pergola from Greenfingers, when I asked for delivery updates and tracking information they referred me direct to the manufacturer. 2 weeks later I checked with the manufacturer for an update on estimated delivery, only to be told that Greenfingers didn't send the order over until a week after I made the purchase online (basically they sent the order over on the day I emailed them to ask for tracking information), so consequently this delayed the delivery date by a further week.
No apology or indeed an admission of wrong doing by Greenfingers. I requested a refund and they have told me they have processed and that it can take up to 5 working days to show in my bank, and the email also says 'Should the credit not have been received we request in the first instance to check all accounts you maintain before contacting your Bank' what on earth does that mean? You only have the one set of bank details, where else could you possibly send it. I hope I'm not going to have to chase them on the refund also!!!”
“Greenfingers went into liquidation taking my money with them. I'm now £600 worse off.
They are now trading again via a different owner with the same name and website, how does that work?!!?

“The failed to keep a delivery date and said it would be about 2 months later than promised. I had already built the foundation, for what was an unusual shape summer house, so I could not purchase a different one without having to change the foundations. When asked for a discount they said no. Kind of annoyed as I wanted a summerhouse for summer (this year) and I thought I would save myself some time by getting one delivered rather than make it myself. Should have just made one myself. I'd be sat in it right now...”

They say they are opened .. not acting like it except when taking your money online for goods thst are not in stock for delivery. I need a refind asap to buy elsewhere where stock is available. Answer phone states their wherehouses and offices ate open but might as well be closed... no response... nothing.. Covid excuses all round.... disgraceful... 😡”

“They sold me a parasol "not as described" it was advertised as having a tilting mechanism but it didn't.. and "not fit for purpose". There was nothing to hold the parasol up, no blocking mechanism.. simply nothing.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life!
They took ages to deliver, then lost the item on the way, then it turned out the delivered the wrong item altogether! They refused to arrange collection for another month and now are refusing to issue a refund! I have been chasing them for months to get my money back and they just keep on saying next 3-5 working days! The customer service is shockingly bad! They have no interest in their customers! They have been unable to resolve a simple return query in 2,5 months and it is still ongoing. I have no idea how they are sill on the market. Simply terrible!”
