I am a member through my bank. I have only had to use the service once, but my experience was excellent. Reported the problem through the app, was promptly given an ETA. James from Green Flag Patrol in Glasgow arrived less than an hour after my report. He was extremely helpful, kind and professional. My issue was fixed by James in a matter of minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to reccomend.

Green Flag rescued us from a field in Suffolk when our car broke down on a caravan holiday. The telephone operators I spoke to were friendly, helpful, and sympathetic. They organised a local rescue service to arrive the next morning, load the car on the truck and take us and our caravan home. We have been Green Flag customers for years, and this successful rescue has made it all worthwhile.
