“I received my order of a deluxe double height Vita Pod last Friday (15th May). When the consignment arrived, there were significant problems as follows:
• Both Lids were broken (picture attached)
• As it is a deluxe double height (100w) Vita pod, I should have received 4 long side panels and 4 short side panels. Instead I have received 6 short side panels and 2 long side panels meaning the 2nd layer will be too small. (i.e. I need 2 extra of the long side panels)
• This was sold as a bundle and should have included 1 x Light Support Kit for 100watt Vitopod but this was not included in the consignment and I note that the order is shown as complete.
• The order received was short of 5 of the plastic nuts and bolts needed to construct the 2nd layer
I was told on Friday (by email) that most of the missing parts will be delivered to me on Tuesday (19th May) and I would receive a further email later that evening (Friday) with an update on the light unit.
Unfortunately I did not receive either the email on Friday of the parts yesterday.
Please, please can someone get back to me? This was a birthday gift for my wife (her birthday is now passed). She is very upset by this and I am finding this whole situation very stressful.”
