“Rob Garner is a cowboy, his fitters don't really give a toss. I ended up re-plumbing it all myself. Nine radiators 30kw boiler, 28mm straight into a 15mm reducer then to a 15mm T pipe...schoolboy error. Or drilling through joists with no idea of where the correct place to drill is (through centre)”
“No respect for property, used bullying when complained, director couldn’t see any problems with the instalment, as far as he was concerned I was the problem. When I said I wouldn’t speak on the phone and want everything in writing they didn’t contact me again. Had to pay someone else to come and di what they wouldn’t. Got gas safe involved and they shut my boiler down as being usafe within 2 months of it being put in, and they were not happy to come back and as far as they were concerned gas safe were in the wrong for shutting it down. Avoid at all costs. They didn’t even do a survey!!!!”
“Zero care taken by a contractor working for this company when installing a new central heating system at my mother’s property who is recovering from cancer and suffering from Parkinson’s. In there rush to do a quick and substandard job, they didn’t check their work or fixings so once they had left, water started pouring out of a radiator where they had not tightened a bolt, subsequently ruining a bedroom carpet and ceiling below. The placement of the boiler was a joke and they gave absolutely no thought to how it would look aesthetically, they just put the boiler in a place to make the job for them as quick and easy as possible. Any suggestion made by my mother to put the boiler elsewhere was declined . They have put pipes running from upstairs to down in the middle of walls rather in corners to hide them better. They have ruined coving cutting through ceilings and made numerous cracks in walls. My mother’s insurance company have asked for their business insurance details to claim for the damage they caused by not tightening the radiator but despite many requests, they have not provided the information and are ignoring all attempts to contact via phone and messages via Facebook etc. They should be on rogue traders, total Cowboy outfit AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You can no longer Leave reviews on trustpilot for this outfit so don’t be fooled by the rating on there.”
