“I ordered 3 items: A Mittox Saw Horse, a chain for an EGO pole saw and a rake. The Mottox Saw Horse would NOT assemble, I think some of the holes had been drilled in the wrong place. The chain did not fit, it was the wrong size despite me following a link inside their website. The rake.... they got the rake right. They said it was all my fault and other people are happy, which I fould somewhat insulting. Their Ts&Cs say they will not accept back anything with damaged packaging - the Mittox Saw horse packaging had been opened previously and the Oregon bade package was crumpled by the post. In the circumstances I am not prepared to accept their T&Cs and use their standard returns policy. I am prepared to return these items if Green Reaper pays the postage. I have stopped my CC.”
