“Ordered a product. Came without original packaging and didn't work properly, so I'm pretty sure it was just a re-packaged product that someone previously returned. Customer service initially responded quickly and said they should ship a replacement, but nothing ever showed up and the company stopped responding. Pretty sure they were just stringing me along until I was outside of their 30 day return / refund policy. Don't waste your money with them.”

“Design flaw in the ATF 001 handheld led to cracking of nozzle (Mk 2 version has amended the design to stop the cracking) but Gtech wanted £50 to repair when it is clearly a design issue.
