“I have a wallet, two belts and about a dozen pair of socks. I buy everything as "seconds," but to be honest, I cannot find any fault with any of the products provided by Grip 6. If their seconds are that good, i can't imagine how good the quality is for their standar product. I've never been less than delighted with a Grip 6 product.”

“I bought something from this company a few years ago and like many newer, smaller companies they took care of everything when I needed an exchange. They sent me a new item immediately while I put the wrong one in the mail and had both shipments going both ways all on at once. This time, the service was terrible. I ordered the wrong size buckle which is my fault and did an exchange and it just seems like this process is dragging on and on. I still havent even gotten my exchange belt buckle. I will say in all fairness I did not pay for return shipping but I would rather pay and get the item quicker as I been waiting for a belt for work. The last email I have is from 10 days ago and that was about the excahnge so it was probably another week or more prior to that before this whole order began. Just seems to be going on and on and on. I find most companies get worse service as they get more established and more complacent not sure if thats the case with Grip6 but something has definitely changed. Normally I don't do negative reviews but they asked me and I'm so tired of waiting for ths process to finish. The belt I have froma few years ago is fine I got no problem there.”

“Great Pruduct! Great Design! Has become a bit pricy since intitial market entry, but Seconds Sales are welcome and more price friendly. (Note: Defects are hard to find on Seconds because the Products are so well made and the Quallity Standrds are so high.)”
