I checked the price on the new. I was surprised it was only a five dollar difference. Called support and they already sent the seconds. They said it was a Computer glitch. It’s now fixed. This is not a dealbreaker the socks are fantastic. The seconds only have little mistakes, I would buy them again. I like how they stay up on your ankles and they don’t leave pressure marks. A+++

For people to know; If you have documentation that proves the delivery was never made, you can dispute the payment as a billing error and get a full refund from the credit card service.
