I bought 8 pair micro crew (seconds). Teklite Green. I checked the price on the new. I was surprised it was only a five dollar difference. Called support and they already sent the seconds. They said it was a Computer glitch. It’s now fixed. This is not a dealbreaker the socks are fantastic. The seconds only have little mistakes, I would buy them again. I like how they stay up on your ankles and they don’t leave pressure marks. A+++

I was turned on to GRIP6 from a friend showing me the belt. I now have several belts, my wife myself and a son all have your socks, now I bought my son a wallet for his birthday. Everything is exceptional great quality. Quick delivery and cool gear to use everyday. Keep up the great work. Great to see a made in USA company doing such awesome work.

Company should pay more attention to quality control. I understand you can buy and return without issues but the product should be manufactured properly so you don't have so many returns cross crossing the nation.

Refunds - Difficult

They said the Try Now company charges an authorization charge and then refunds it right away to make sure the funds are there.

Returned wallet was told my refund was being processed but still no refund after 2 weeks.

For people to know; If you have documentation that proves the delivery was never made, you can dispute the payment as a billing error and get a full refund from the credit card service.

When I emailed customer service regarding the error I asked if I could exchange all of the medium socks and the xl sock for 7 pairs of large socks.
