The merchant, Mr. Akram, perpetuates online mass marketing fraud with a wake of victims banding togehter. Mr. Akram demonstrated a clear lack of ethical standards. Mr. Akram pushed me to borrow currency I did not have in reserve to finance a business franchise opportunity without caring if I defaulted on the loan. Merchant did not provide the service as agreed and did not honor their written money-back Guarantee. Nov 26th I was notified that the store manager I was working with from Mr. Akram’s agency was removed because of the poor service provided, which was not as advertised. My agreement was contingent on the store manager providing quality services as advertised and not being removed from the agency due to poor performance and lack of skill and care. Because the manager left the agency and did not communicate their intentions or departure with me. I was left in the dark as I frantically asked for a communication channel to be re-established. Other wise I would have followed the managers' recommendations. But the manager jumped ship and sounded the alarms of this scam. After paying a significant amount for their service, I received: A low-quality dropshipping store with no value; No support or results; Hidden fees for management and advertising; Complete lack of transparency; Refusal to issue a refund; Broken promises and zero accountability. https://www.reddit.com/r/Scams/comments/1i5eunr/growth_commerceaadamakramcom/

I am writing this review to formally warn others about Growth Commerce Ltd (Company Number: 13614901, UK) and its director Aadam Akram, who are at the center of a growing pattern of fraudulent activity. They will claim monies were spent, but that was not the contract. The contract was to have a successful product or your money back. They had money back guarantee. I engaged with this company under the impression—based on their marketing—that they offered a done-for-you e-commerce business built by "verified 8-figure experts." They claimed not to be a dropshipping service and assured me of profitability. These claims turned out to be entirely false. After paying a significant amount for their service, I received: A low-quality dropshipping store with no value; No support or results; Hidden fees for management and advertising; Complete lack of transparency; Refusal to issue a refund; Broken promises and zero accountability. Despite repeated efforts to resolve the matter, communication was delayed or ignored entirely. I have exhausted all opportunities to settle this professionally and have now initiated legal action under UK civil and consumer protection laws (including the Fraud Act 2006 and Misrepresentation Act 1967). I am in direct communication with UK law firms to pursue this through the courts and have been in contact with other victims who have experienced identical patterns of deception. These include individuals such as Sabawoon Nezami, Abdul Bic, Oliver, Montana, James Good, and others whose cases reflect a coordinated, systematic fraud. If you are also a victim, I strongly encourage you to take action and coordinate with others. I am organizing a formal complaint and legal submission and will also be meeting with authorities and media in London.

This Company is a Complete Scam – Avoid at All Costs I want to make it clear: Growth Commerce Ltd, run by the director, is a fraudulent company that misleads and scams customers from start to finish. Before I invested, they lied about their services and hid critical costs despite me asking multiple times. I have audio recordings that prove they deliberately withheld important information to manipulate me into paying. They pushed me hard to invest, promising a profitable future, but once they got my money, everything changed. Communication stopped completely. I tried multiple times to resolve the issues, but they simply ignored me. The moment I paid, their commitment to customer service vanished. They’ve been dodging accountability by using the excuse of “management fees” to justify why they stopped delivering the service. However, their own managers told me that the service would be suspended until the store turned a profit — a promise that was clearly never kept. Worse, they lied about the ad spend, trying to pass it off as an additional fee. I’ve got all the evidence to back up these claims. One of their managers was so confident that the store would succeed within the first month that they promised me everything would turn around. But when the store failed to perform, they had no backup plan and no solutions. They misrepresented their services from the beginning, and now they’re trying to weasel out of responsibility. The excuse they gave about not paying the management fee is laughable because they promised me that fee would be waived — another lie. They’ve stolen my hard-earned money and now refuse to refund me. Once they have your money, you’re ignored. I gave them every opportunity to make it right, but nothing changed. I am writing to formally address the unacceptable partial refund that was offered after 11 months of being misled, misinformed, and enduring constant broken promises and hidden costs. After being led to believe that I was investing in a legitimate service, I was left with nothing but excuses and a service that failed to deliver. The offer to compensate me with an incomplete refund, after all the time wasted and the poor service provided, is absolutely unjustifiable. Most importantly, I have everything documented — from audio recordings to chat logs. These are backed up and will be used as evidence in legal action. I have strong documentation of false promises and misleading statements made by your team. Your actions constitute multiple breaches of contract and violations of consumer protection laws under the Sales of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act in the US, which protects against fraudulent and misleading advertising. The services were substandard and misleading, failing to meet the promises made during the sale. I am aware that I am not alone in this situation. After communicating with other victims, it’s clear that many customers have faced similar issues: hidden fees, misleading sales tactics, and broken promises. We are all in communication to pursue legal action collectively, and we have gathered substantial evidence to support our case in court. They desperately beg you to join, offering free trials and empty promises because they know how many people they’ve scammed already. The director, is a liar with no shame. He’s already been flagged on Instagram, and I’ve received numerous screenshots from other customers who have shared their horror stories. Their reviews on Reviews.io are bought and fake. You’ll find nothing but fake praise on their website — they actively pay for positive reviews to cover up their deception. DO NOT TRUST GROWTH COMMERCE LTD. They will take your money, make false promises, and leave you stranded. I am fighting for a full refund and will continue to share everything I have until justice is served. Their lies will not go unpunished. Expose them, report them, and fight for what's right.

Hi Adz, We apologize for your experience with us, however this is simply not true. The issues/misunderstanding that occurred upon your signing up were addressed with us covering your ad spend for the first month, which you agreed to. You then refused to pay management fees (which were in your signed contract). We are a business that need these fees in order to operate and ensure everyone is paid, a failing to pay agreed upon management fees will lead to a ceasing of the service. Hope you understand.
