The packaging is secure and appropriate and efficient delivery. the pricing is appropriate for the uniqueness of the garments. I think there is something seriously wrong with the review rating as I have found the customer service and products excellent. ”

A recent purchase sat in UPS's warehouse (in Louisville, KY) for nearly a month. Customer Service at Gudrun Sjoden was very helpful with follow-up on this issue. ”

“ I bought a jacket and a dress from Vancouver, Canada and I had to return the dress because it didn’t fit my petite body that great and I called the costumer stevia who helped me a lot to find a right fabric and fit for my body type and I sent the dress back and they sent me the new clothes right a way, no questions asked. Also the return shipping was prepaid by them. Can’t get better service than this online 👍🏻🙏🏻 ”

“ Some clothing is spectacular in design and fabric, and is well-made. Love the whimsy. Other is vastly over-priced for what it is. You really have to be careful. The website is awful - and the customer service also vastly mixed. I try now to buy the clothing second-hand. Saves money, easier to manage currencies and shipping locations, and no having to deal with their staff. ”
