“easy to naviagate”

“Not happy with customer.service when you call. Nobody speaks english been on phone for twenty minutes. I have a rez for May 23 I needed to change it and make it arrival for 24 th even after twenty minutes of talking to four ppl who dont speak english I cldnt switxh my reservatiom so I had to make a second one. Really surprised by the lack of help on the phone as I stay here every year. Super shocked because I have always had five star service here. I even eailed four times no reply its been over two days. No response.”
