When I search for the room, I selected Reserve room with the rate of €96, but when I complete the reservation it turns out to be €131. ???!!

They suck. I was unable to add a day to my reservation - spent an hour 1/2 trying to - finally had to make a new reservation (with checkout time). So I have to checkout at 11 am and start my existing reservation at 3pm.

I find the fees associated with booking the room very misleading. Should be part of the room price.

YESTERDAY I HAD CALLED AND SPOKEN TO PRAGNAY ABOUT A BOOKING QUERY. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO REVERT BACK TO ME WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS. IT'S BEEN OVER 24 HOURS AND STILL NOT HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. IT ALSO TOOK 4 ATTEMPTS OF BEING PUT ON HOLD AND LISTENING TO THE HORRID INCESSANT ANNOUNCEMENT NON STOP. DON'T EXPECT THIS KIND OF SERVICE AND LACK OF CARE FOR A LOYAL REPEATED CUSTOMER AND FROM THE HILTON GROUP. PRETTY SHABBY AND SHAMEFUL.

So much more expensive than booking directly with the property. Very misleading… And when I tried to call I was put on hold for 20 minutes with no one ever picking up

I put in one good credit card it rejected it several times. Then I used my other and it went through. Just didn’t appreciate all the extra steps

This is a trick. As you know. I booked a 126 $ room and was charged 191 $ then fussed and got 10% off. But could not cancel as that date was earlier than time I made it. But I want my credit card info removed from your site after I get my refund . This is the worst hotel scam I’ve had ,and now it has ruined my entire trip. Horrible of you to be so sneaky.
