“If a room isn’t available, it should be taken off the availability list. I had to go through 5 room choices for April dates.”

“There were issues getting my credit card approved. The reservation was declined inspite of the use of 2-point verification. Eventually it went through, but how and why is still a mystery. This might be due to the reservation website or the credit card companies, or both.”
