“Google Maps showed $117.00/night, hotel quoted $131 and told me I needed to book online for $117 rate and mil/sr discount. Central reservations told me $117 rate was no longer effective (even though it was shown on Google Maps) and quoted me $126.25. Why in hell was this so complicated/inconsistant?”

“I was eventually able to book the room, but 2 inconveniences: 1. They don't tell me that a king bedroom is not available until after I try to book this. 2. I have to scroll down to get the free cancellation rates. It would be better if they showed one room with the two different options.”
