“This entire experience was awful. I have an existing reservation for May 17-18. I wanted to add a night. I was unable to sign into my account online in order to make the modification due to security procedures sufficient to keep someone out of a maximum security installation. I resorted to calling reservations and after waiting on hold, was told the request couldn't be handled and I would have to wait on hold again for another ten minutes, at which point I gave up and just made a separate reservation for a second night. This is absurd. I will avoid staying at a Hilton or Doubletree in the future in order to avoid your unnecessarily onerous and non-user friendly security procedures.”
