“They suck. I was unable to add a day to my reservation - spent an hour 1/2 trying to - finally had to make a new reservation (with checkout time). So I have to checkout at 11 am and start my existing reservation at 3pm.”

“Initially, I needed to know if double king room has two beds. I would have done that. But the app did not seem to offer such room info. So I picked a single king bed for my adult daughter and me. Really this survey is Too soon. Ask after our stay.”

“El sitio me gusta mucho, está bien ubicado y otras veces hemos estado a gusto. Sin embargo si me gustaría hacer saber que me ha decepcionado la tarifa de 129 euros extras que encarecen excesivamente el precio que parece inicialmente. Por otro lado perdí una reserva de una habitación familiar en el 2020 por el Covid que no hemos podido recuperar ni disfrutar en la familia. Me gustaría saber si se puede hacer algo al respecto.”
