“YESTERDAY I HAD CALLED AND SPOKEN TO PRAGNAY ABOUT A BOOKING QUERY. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO REVERT BACK TO ME WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS. IT'S BEEN OVER 24 HOURS AND STILL NOT HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. IT ALSO TOOK 4 ATTEMPTS OF BEING PUT ON HOLD AND LISTENING TO THE HORRID INCESSANT ANNOUNCEMENT NON STOP. DON'T EXPECT THIS KIND OF SERVICE AND LACK OF CARE FOR A LOYAL REPEATED CUSTOMER AND FROM THE HILTON GROUP. PRETTY SHABBY AND SHAMEFUL.”
