“I cannot speak to anyone. I am trying to find out how the shuttle service works from the airport to the hotel & what the specific hotel COVID19 requirements are for the hotel. Just speaking to a machine with no option to speak to an operator...horrible.”

“They stink. I don't know where to put AAA nor AARP member number in so it wouldn't go any further. Called the actual hampton and twice was put off. Once was told they would call me back or send a email, after a few hours, I called back and was put on hold for 20 minutes and they never came back. Computer problems? I don't know, why not just tell me? And now I wonder if my credit card info is safe??”
