“Ordered Blazer, but unfortunately there was problems paying for it due to a malfunction in the system. After phoning Guide, it was explained and it was out of their control. They took down my details and said they would inform me when the problem was fixed. After a few days I was contacted and so I ordered. Blazer arrived the following day. First class service and lovely staff to deal with. Thank You.”

“Arrived 3 working days after order - not 'next day' as per website. Had to email to chase - arrived next day. When it did arrive the box was damaged. When I opened the shirt packaging, the shirt had a flaw in the fabric at the front. Cost £8.95 to send back! Really poor that postage is not refunded, particularly as the only reason I'm returning it is due to the fact it's faulty.”

“So ordered 7 white shirts from Guide direct for my wedding. Quality product. However one shirt was a bit tight around the neck. I spoke to one of the service guys on Saturday and they DPD for Tuesday so it was in time for the wedding. Quality of the shirts count but the little bit of customer service goes a long way. Thanks Andrew”

“I have given the review five stars for the actual quality of the waistcoats however I would not recommend this company as any returns you have to pay four. I think in this day and age of online shopping a company such as this should provide free return labels. Sadly to say will not be using them again for any online shopping until they change this process.”
