“I received the goods I ordered in good time and the product was well packaged, my chest size is 38" and I always choose the 'medium' option when buying shirts, jackets and in this instance a waistcoat. The waistcoat was perfect except for the fact that it was too snug...when buttoned it left no room for a decent lunch. I was sorry that it had to be returned but it was just too tight a fit. I returned it recorded delivery to Guide london who refunded the cost of my purchase promptly. Guide London were excellent to deal with online.”

“I love Guide shirts, very different, superb quality and a great sizing range. I think I have about 20 now and all have washed and worn well and always get positive comments! I used to buy mainly Robert Graham, lovely shirts but different price banding, now it’s usually Guide. I recently made contact with customer services and they were extremely prompt and very helpful, which assisted another purchase.”
