Refund - Difficult

Received a faulty item where the stitchings are coming off and they won’t replace or issue a refund because they said this is something they consider a fault. This is not the first time but actually the second time this happened. Very bad customer service and I feel very cheated by this company and by the people who work there. It seems they like to sell damage items and they feel that this is ok. Crooks!

Their customer service is beyond unacceptable, and their so-called "refund policy" is a complete joke.

Horrible customer service. I was not provided a refund nor issued a new order despite having not received the items. Their remedy was to have me re-purchase the same items again. I do not recommend purchasing from them.

Ordered two leggings, only one arrived so I processed a refund for both since they were both going to be too small. Never received the second pair in the mail, never received a refund for them so I’m out $40 because they don’t have a human to speak to, just endless bots and emails that take you no where. Save your money, use literally any other activewear company.

They told me to contact the shipper in order to apply for a refund but didn’t give any more instructions on HOW or WHO to contact to kickstart this refund process.

The checkout page mentioned nothing about no refunds, it actually said we had the option of 30 days to refund it.

Received wrong item, not even Gymshark brand. I returned the item. It was delivered more that 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard from them. And they haven't refund me my money.. DON'T RECOMMEND. NEVER BUYING AGAIN.

First time in my life having trouble with return and posting a review! First their generated post-office label, didn't work, went to the post office 4 times in total for ending up paying from my pocket the return which they refunded.
