“ Received a faulty item where the stitchings are coming off and they won’t replace or issue a refund because they said this is something they consider a fault. This is not the first time but actually the second time this happened. Very bad customer service and I feel very cheated by this company and by the people who work there. It seems they like to sell damage items and they feel that this is ok. Crooks! ”
