My parcel went missing on 19.10.23, l emailed Gymshark on 22.10.23 and they sent replacement item straight away, express delivery, and l received it on 23.10.23. Really impressed with their customer service

AMAZING Customer Service. They always fix my issue whether that be my package was lost in transit to much more. They always send a replacement or offer a gift card! I truly don't understand why people have given them such a bad rating.
