“ Hi I would just like to say what a a good experience I have had with this company would highly recommend them , I bought a bracelet for my granddaughters graduation , the staff at the shop were so helpful, unfortunately when my granddaughter tried it on after I purchased the bracelet it was slightly to big ,I took it back to see if they could tack a few links out and they sent it away for me and the staff were very helpful and friendly , I was willing to pay for the adjustments so they said they were not sure how much it would be , on the return of the bracelet I was so surprised that they didn’t charge, I don’t think you would get this service at any other jewellery store , so thank you to all the staff at Hsamuels in Burkenhead , kind regards Mrs J Green ”

“ We went into the Scarborough to choose a replacement engagement ring. The customer service was fantastic. A big shout out to Alison. We bought a ring and also sent my wedding ring off to be cleaned and re-rodium plated. We also insured my wedding ring. The whole experience was stressfree and at no point did we feel obliged to buy anything. Alison was very knowledgeable and made our experience a lovely one. Thank you 😊 ”
