“I do like most of the products and believe in chemical free homes. I do have a Big complaint about the mop. It simply does not work on my porcelain floors and for $200 it is a rip off. I get my floors much cleaner with a microfiber towel ( from Dollar Tree) attacked to my swifter and using vinegar. This very expensive mop leaves my floors very streaked. Total waist of money.”
