“Shipping packaging could of been much better. Perhaps shipped in a box. Not your fault but was held in Canada Customs for a minimum of 10 business days which is the standard minimum. A heads up would of been nice.”

Was shipped in just a padded envelope so the box was beat up, but the product seems fine. However, payment mode is not that great. Website did not accept my BMO debit card - limited card option.
Delivery service is just bad. I had to coordinate with 2 courier services n waiting time for each was greater than an hour.
You guys need to work on more flexible payment option n better delivery service.

“The box that contained the product was beaten up and torn open. The actual container for the minoxidil solution was not damaged but did not look super clean either. I will give a benefit of the doubt to think that there is no actual problem with the solution but it was not pleasant to receive such a package.”
