Received an overly layered wig with very thin hair especially around the face. The hair was much longer in the back than the front. Color not as bright blonde as photos. This wig was returned and refunded. The commercial invoice said it’s an $18 synthetic wig. No lie.”
“I bought a Hairvivi wig after doing what I thought was a ton of research. Shipping was fast and I was so excited to receive it in the mail. When I opened the box and looked at the wig, it was so awful and I felt so disappointed that it actually made me cry. The hair was shockingly thin, probably only about 120% density. The length was two inches shorter than what I ordered. The colour was completely different than what it looked like on their website and on the influencers they pay on social media. When I double checked that I ordered the right wig, I noticed from their shipping confirmation that the wig originated in China. I suspect that Hairvivi is scamming consumers and selling cheap wigs from places like Ali Express. I'm furious.”
