“ My car had a slow puncture and, after visiting 3 other Colchester tyre centres who couldn't do it while I waited, I was directed to Halfords Autocentre in Brook Street. They found a screw in the tyre and repaired it while I waited. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. This will definitely be my first port of call in future. ”

“ No issues. Booked major service and MOT online, paid online. I was expected, appointment was on time. The service and MOT were carried out, communication was great throughout and I collected my car as arranged. There were some advisories with the MOT, but there was no upselling, no failing it to get the work, no pressure. Polite, job done. ”
