“I booked online and paid online for 2 new front tyres and when i went in i got told tyre machine was broken, had to reschedule for following week, went in 2nd time and was told machine still broken, would need to leave car all day as the mechanic would need to go up and down to another site to do them but i needed my car for work that afternoon so rescheduled appointment for next day as i was off work and could leave car with them all day, went in next day for the 3rd time and was told mechanic cant be bothered going up and down to another site so was going to try do it on broken machine, got phone call later that afternoon to say machine is completely broken now and would need to keep my car all weekend, neddless to say i had lost all confidence in them doing the work so told them to put space saver spare wheel on and put partially removed tyre with alloy in my boot and my 2 new tyres loose on my back seat and will take it else where and i didnt even get a refund for the fitting charge or anything and now im paying someone else to do the job instead. Absolutely shocking”
“I recently came in to get a front bulb changed. The guy who changed the bulb was on time, he made sure I was happy with the work done and checked the bulb was working before leaving. All done very quickly and professionally.”
“The car parts prices are not cheap, but I got a fantastic brand new bicycle for £40 (in February - it was an unboxed, post-Christmas sale) with an annual silver service included (and the latter is brilliant). Unfortunately, their bike workshop isn't open in December for repairs (they're too busy assembling new bikes for Christmas).”
