“I ordered a balloon bouquet and a LOL SURPRISE BOX for my granddaughters 8th Bday , paid extra to ensure it was delivered on her actual bday, because of the pandemic she could not have her party so I really wanted her to have something special. Got a text saying it was on its way we waited outside it never came! My card was charged and my granddaughter was very disappointed, complete fraud, I have tried for 4 days to contact party city 15 emails with no reply and called 4 times waited on hold over 45mins 3 times and 2hours the first time and no come on the line! This is not over I will not let it go they ruined her bday and I was charged for nothing!”
