“I am a repeat customer with Haloid. My career is in Public Safety, but I also have a General Class FCC amateur radio license. While there’s several good manufacturers out there, I am an admitted “Motorola Junkie”, as I think they make get products and I own most of the cables and CPS software for programming. The radios I have purchased from Haloid have looked and functioned like new, or at least 9/10. Unlike purchasing used commercial/government equipment at other online sites or auction sites, Haloid stands behind their equipment with a strong guarantee. I’ve been burned on purchases elsewhere, with radios not being what they were represented to be, from people who know very little about radio equipment. Not so with Haloid, you can buy with confidence and know you will get a quality unit. They are helpful and honest on the phone, just downright “good folks”.”

“I have purchased several radios and am not disappointed. They all look like new and work well. I do update the firmware and program them myself. The radios I have work without issues. They ship fast with great tracking. Will buy again in the future.”

“I ordered a radio from them expecting the price to reflect its condition, that was not the case. I was informed that the product I chose wasn’t available and after upgrading to a different model I am beyond pleased. And to top it all off when I received the wrong accessories they made it right unlike other companies. Definitely will be shopping with you guys again”

“Overall the experience was great. Only thing I could say is that shipping times were long; seemed like it took several days from the time of purchase to get items shipped. Other than that, everything I have purchased has been of good quality. Tighten up time from purchase to getting stuff to carrier and it would be A+++”
