“TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! Bad quality, fake number for customer service, products from China - extremely bad replicas of the product you see in the photo. I ordered ten items on October 5th , but didn't receive anything. I asked for refund many times, either receiving an automatic reply or sometimes asking the same things, probably to make me quit the effort. Three products finally arrived two and a half months later, after many emails and communication with the local post office (I even learned the couriers' names!). Three more arrived after four months. So bad quality, that I cannot even give them away! I literally sent them emails everyday! For the rest I received a refund, but not the whole ammount. Save yourshelves the trouble and the lost money. Always check the company's info (existing address and phone number) and don't pay in advance!”
“Do not order from this company! Their goods are rubbish, nothing like the pictures on their website, in fact made from cheap, nasty material. The order takes at least 2 months to arrive, and each item (I ordered several) comes individually so by the time you receive it it's too late to return and demand a refund. If there was a box above to give them no stars I would have ticked it.”
“I bought a product from this company but was very disappointed when it arrived as it was nothing like the product I had seen in the photograph on their site. I have been trying to return the product and get a refund for nearly a month and they keep emailing me asking for information I have already given them. They have now (eventually) sent me a return address slip but they say I have to pay the postage fees - to China! Don't buy from this site - if my experience is anything to go by, what you receive will not be what you saw on the site and the hassle they put you through trying to return products is obviously intended to make you give up!”
