I thought OK, these things happen, that's why they complete surveys, so accepted it would be different and was due a refund on the bit they couldn't do.

It has taken months and months but I finally got a full refund.

Absolutely awful , it took 7 visits to get the job done to reasonable standard , refitted twice . Still waiting for a refund and they have applied for the payment from the credit company . No one ever calls you back . Salesman was awful and washed his hands of the whole thing when it started going wrong .

Also when they say it will be installed in a day it took them over 30 days to do ours but they then said they allow a 30 day period for issues?! Why not advertise that clearly? I sent a list of over 10 different issues & after chasing them I had a call from the Compensation team who offered to give me a £50 refund.
