“Hampshire Trailer & Plant has got no flexibility or a customer based approach. I booked to hire a trailer but due to circumstances out out of my control (positive COVID case) I tried to cancel the booking a few hours later (on the same day).
Hampshire Trailer & Plant (Whiteparish branch) refused to refund, part refund or provide me with a voucher which I could use at a later date.
They just copy and pasted their Terms and Conditions that state 'cancellations must be made 14 days in advance' and because my booking fell outside the 14 days they could not help me at all.
Additionally, their website has numerous dead links which result in a "Oops! That page can’t be found". It appears the company is unprofessional with a sub-standard website and support.
I found their 'customer care team' extremely unhelpful, not accommodating and would not recommend them.”
