“I’ve just received my parcel and wow, I was absolutely blown away! Firstly, it was packaged so beautifully. The attention to detail was amazing and everything felt so thoughtful, while still being really sustainable. The products themselves are beautiful and I can’t wait to use them all. The clear crystal is especially stunning! I’m based in the UK, so I was also really impressed by how quickly everything arrived, in perfect condition, and without costing a fortune in postage, it’s so appreciated. Such a lovely experience from start to finish. I can’t wait to purchase from you again. Thank you so much! 🤍”

“Do love these products from Hanako. Have been buying them for a few years now and love the quality and pure essences they use. Quite well priced also for a 'boutique' style products. Recently bought the Awakening Spray. Just simply luv it! It has a subtle citrus and sandlewood base tone. Which I just adore. They also, which is a lovely surprise, wrap and send the product with such care and love. Placing warm kind sayings on a card and thank you card. The little dried rose petals in the packaging is a really wonderful touch and so appreciated. Makes the customer feel very appreciated by this company. It's mutual Hanako!🫶 Thank You🌹”
