Didn’t receive my dispatch email so emailed customer support and they sorted next day priority from the day I asked so customer service was very helpful too”
“My experience was excellent! My ring had become tarnished and I wasn't sure what yo use on it due to having ashes inside so I emailed them for advised. They requested a picture of my ring then sent out a couple of tarnish remover cloths to me. The difference these cloths made to my ring was amazing. It's back to how I first received it.
