“The service from hand on heart jewellery is amazing, they send a little tin and thick velvet bag for you to put your ashes in which obviously keeps them safe and they kept me informed throughout the whole process which was really nice as I felt like a piece of my late Rio was missing but obviously in good hands”

“This is stunning!!! My man still misses her little dog like crazy and can't bring herself to scatter his ashes because can't let him go yet. This way she gets to keep him with her forever and still set him free on the beach just like she wants too! Honestly can't recommend this enough, the personal touches with his own paw print being scanned on and engraved with his name are beautiful”
