“Received packaging very quickly to return the ashes complete with instructions. The timeline given was very accurate. I did message as was going away (which wasn’t planned at the time of order) and wondered if my ring would be with me to take and received a quick reply . Ring is beautiful and as in the pictures on the website complete with certificate of authenticity.

“Beautiful product, quality exceeded my expectations. Instructions on how to get a good pawprint were clear and easy to follow. The only reason I had to have more than one attempt was because Finn has arthritis in his toes so they are twisted and hard to press flat”
