“Our online order was misread and only 1 meal was prepared. They should have remade entire order, but instead they added to the order. This took 10 extra minutes and the 1st order was cold and not edible. Shame because we love this restaurant. They did give us a free egg roll. We will go back but will call in our order not order online. This is the 1st bad experience we have had with Hao Hao.”
