“ Beware of bad customer service. I called them a couple of times and waited on hold forever, so I chose the call me when it's my turn option. They never call back. I tried it a couple of times, but the same thing. ”

“ Yesterday I was in my garage cleaning up. As I looked through shelves I saw a non functional nailer, several volt meters, solar motion light, flat tire, drill, etc. They broke after brief use. I called their customer service and asked if I could bring them back and exchange for a gift card to spend at their store. Response was a resounding NO. Their items are made very cheaply and if I buy, I use coupons. ”
