The drive is $340 brand new from the manufacturer..... When I called to ask about this they said.... Well.... Does it come with the 2 year warranty at that price? Uhhh it's the manufacturer... Yes. And second of all your website only says it has a 90 day warranty.
Told them to just cancel and refund me. And they said.... I'll let my accounting know and hung up. They emailed me telling me they'd be cancelling. Apparently this has been happening with this company for a few months now based on other reviews. If I don't see that refund I'll dispute it with my CC company.
I wouldn't give this company your business.”
“Unethical company and worst business experience. Give suppliers order in large quantity and then do not respond after they arrange stock. Never trust them.”
