“I ordered two glasses for £15 because I only wanted 2 to give as a gift, even though they are £20 for 6 at John Lewis. They came after quite a few days which was not good for £5 postage in just in an outer cardboard packing box and were wrapped in bubble wrap, not what I wanted to give as a gift. The website said "pack" and due to the expense I did at least expect a gift box fit for giving as a present. The company did send a box from a different manufacturer for me to use but it was hassle I could have done without. Glasses are fine but it is better to buy a box of 6.”

“Haven't recieved the whisky yet - but got to say that the personal help whilst on the phone was just fantastic, friendly and felt very helped. Haven't decided weather to return the bottle or not - still want it ... money is just rather short here after a lovely trip to Loch Lomond :-D”

“Lovely product, very quick delivery. However the glasses were just packaged loose in a (huge) cardboard box with styrofoam - no presentation box of any sort, so will now have to buy additional smart packaging to make it look more like a gift.”

“Nice easy to navigate website, payments by Paypal which is easy for me, and finally and perhaps most importantly, the whisky arrived very quickly indeed. The bottle when it arrived was packed to withstand Armageddon - swathed in bubblewrap and a mountain of polystyrene chips. First class service guys. I am sure when I taste it the whisky will be pretty good too.”
