“I had never heard of Hard to Find Whisky until I was recently let down on a purchase by one of Amazon's suppliers. I was advised at the time that the whisky I was looking for was now back on Amazon via HTFW but decided to go straight to the HTFW website and see if I could buy direct which I did at a slightly cheaper price. Delivery was made in excellent time to make me an extremely satisfied customer. TR (Glasgow)”

“Item ordering process on the website was smooth and slick. Item then arrived quickly. I ordered a Cibi Double glass ("The Blade Runner whiskey glass") which is a solid, heavy nice looking glass. I've always wanted one :-) The only slight issue is that since opening it and removing the small sticker on the base, I have spotted two small blemishes in the glass itself (two what look like "air bubbles" if that makes sense)? At nearly 50 quid (!), these glasses are not cheap and it should really be absolutely perfect, but having removed the sticker from the base, I guess its now none-returnable, so that was a slight down-side to the purchase. Other than that, all good.”

“Excellent to deal with. After placing my order, I emailed to ask if they could delay the dispatch of my order for a few days. Jason replied and confirmed the date and sure enough, it was dispatched as requested. Each bottle or box was well wrapped in bubble wrap, then tightly packed in a box with polystyrene chips and finally all the individual boxes were boxed together. So, everything turned up perfectly fine.”
