“Staff extremely knowledgeable and very helpful We have also had the pleasure of experiencing one of the whisky tasting master classes. Again staff very informative about their whiskys. If I need to enquire about a whisky I contact this shop for advice and help. We have purchased from this shop and delivery is very prompt. I would definitely recommend Hard to find Whisky.”

“On finding that the whisky I ordered was out of stock, I was immediately telephoned and offered a rare whisky at the same price as I had ordered (half the actual price of the new one). Or wait till my ordered one was in stock. Or full money back. I chose the first option and received next day delivery. Good service.”

“What fantastic service, I ordered on Sunday got an e mail on Monday to say it had been dispatched and received it on Tuesday who could ask for more. The packaging was fantastic as normal just like the customer service. We have also visited the shop when we were in Birmingham the staff are so friendly and helpful and the shop is so well stocked and the presentation is top class well worth a visit.”

“Both bottles were delivered this noon at our house in Belgium in somewhat a record time since the order, at very affordable sending-costs, and in excellent condition thanks to the excellent wrapping: I can evaluate and appreciate this, as I have had more than 1.000 items sent to me the last ten years from all over the world for different collections I have, but mostly from the UK. Thanks for the extraordinary service… Strongly recommended !”

“A truly class retail/online operation. Exemplary customer service and advice. Order placed for a bottle on the Tuesday lunchtime and received in the Republic of Ireland first thing Thursday morning in pristine condition. One cannot ask for more than that. “I was looking for a particular Glenlivet Nadurra 16 year old that was bottled in 2010. While HTFW did not have the exact bottle they had one from an earlier year that was almost identical. I telephoned the shop and a very helpful man went and physically checked the bottle for me to make sure it was what I wanted. Delivery was very quick. I will definitely use HTFW again.”
