“Fantastic service. Placed order middle of the day, received order following afternoon. All bottles arrived, as per order, all carefully wrapped. I'll be sourcing more whiskies from HTFW. Thank you.”

“I am updating my comments of previous posting - "(..Outside packaging and protection of bottle excellent, but the CC Box itself containing the bottle was slightly damaged etc etc..."); as I have had a direct contact from Justin at HTFW apologising asking what they could do to put it right Customer service is all about communicating and the fact that HTFW bothered to contact me, ask what they could do to put it right, makes all the difference. This matter has been resolved professionally and considerate to my (their client's) satisfaction and for that reason, by HTFW looking after their clients, I am more than happy to rescore my recent purchase as a 5 star. Thank you, Justin and HTFW”

“Right now, it is unfair for me to write a review as I have not received my product yet. However, I do feel you've overpriced the scotch substantially”

“Outside packaging and protection of bottle excellent, but the CC Box itself containing the bottle was slightly damaged; the plastic pane was loose; the box feels damp and the top has water stain. Doesn't of course impact on the contents inside, but doesn't quite make it a perfect gift either for a third party”

“I ordered the Cibi whisky glasses for a present.. Quick delivery and very securely packaged. The glasses are very expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. Heavy solid and substantial, stylish and pretty to look at. Heartily recommended”
