“Terrible. I ordered test kits last Friday morning and paid an additional 21 pounds for express service. I think that my order should have shipped Friday pm, but it is now Tuesday 4.44 pm and my order still shows as not processed. I received no response to an email sent last night and when I called them just now requesting to cancel as the order had not even been processed they refused to cancel and quoted their terms and conditions. I consider them a scam and strongly advise people NOT to trust this company. I am approaching VISA to cancel my payment....... I just received an email claiming that my order has shipped and they are not responsible for courier delays. The courier they claim to have used for my 21-GBP express next-day delivery service - Yodel...”
