“Dear Martin, Having landed finally in my new apartment I just wanted to thank you personally for yesterday's removal services. Despite the shock of the number of flights of stairs there were to get to the second floor the team gave it their best shot and managed to maintain a smile despite the heat and the spiral staircase. My confidence in removal companies has been restored as a result of the bespoke service your team provided. Yours sincerely, Sally Manser”
