“Hatch Chile offers a premium product at an honest price. They offer fresh, whole roasted, or roasted/peeled/chopped chiles of differing heat. We are able to make New Mexico chili at home in California. The chiles come vacuum packed in dry ice, ready to pop in your freezer.”

“Since I live in New Mexico I had to share the love with my son; I ordered 5 lbs of frozen whole chili for my son's birthday. They shipped on Monday and arrived on Thursday in perfect condition and fully frozen. I love this company, love their products and will absolutely order from them again. Thank you Hatch!!”
