“Went there over a year ago. Needed to visit disabled toilet... pan REDICULOUSLY LOW, no raised seat or even a toilet seat. Complained a couple times and called too. Went there few weeks ago, same situation... NO SEAT/S. .....SHOCKING!!! GUYS, PLEASE SORT THE SEAT, ITS THE REASON I DONT COME THERE - YOU DONT LISTEN SO DONT CARE. 2. Cloakroom business is a farse too. £3 for a compulsory hang - regardless of a small arm cover ot a mahoosive coat is shocking 😲 sort it out guys £1 is fine- if ppl need to. At the cost of your drinks, you don't need to do that. Seen other reviews on various sites where ppl have said same. GUYS... SORT YOUR BUSINESS OUT. I will be contacting disabled rights bods regarding as this is not fare or right. Should have taken images but had to hold on to stop myself from falling over!! I watched ppl with the coat business... yr person need to know a coat from a cover!!”
