“AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could rate this company 0 stars then I would! I believe it is fraudulent website who prays on parents. I ordered a playmat from them which was to be delivered in in 5-8 business days and that has long passed and it has not arrived. In the process of trying to get my money back via my bank.”
“I ordered the Hatodo playmat on 11 Dec in time for Christmas, the website said 6 to 8 business days for delivery. I had an order confirmation email that day but didn't get a shipping confirmation or any other communication from Hatodo until 30 Dec. Tracked the parcel on several occasions which showed the parcel with China Post being moved around China. Tried contacting Hatodo by email but they don't reply or answer the Telephone number on the website. The playmat eventually arrived 15 Jan although as the previous reviewer it was not the one shown on the website.
The funny side of this is I had given up on it and was on the phone to the credit card company to report it as fraud when the parcel was delivered.
Mat looks ok, Id give it 3 out of 5 but the service from Hatodo doesn't even warrant a 1.”
“They state that their company is in the UK, but product was sent straight from China, and they are asking for the return of the product to be sent to Morocco. Took a long time for the product to arrive, and when it did it was unbelievably poor quality and did not look anything like the product on their website or was anything like their description of the product. They did not reply to any emails, in the end I have had to take out a paypal dispute.”
