I came in there thinking I would sound stupid for describing my car not driving well, but they were so friendly and immediately said they would take a look at it and run diagnostics. While they did that, I sat in the reception area and they very kindly offered coffee. Shortly after, they came back with the results and managed to fix the problem on cite while I finished my coffee.
